The General Optional Electives

Please note: not all subjects are offered every semester. Please refer to the current timetable.

 

Evidence of Academic Achievements

There are four different types of course assessment:

Written Examination
A 6o-minute written examination

Seminar
1. Attendance at seminars is mandatory. Students’ attendance is recorded and monitored.
2. The final grade is made up of a combination of two of the following  parts:

1. a short presentation (the lecturer determines the criteria)
2. a project phase
3. a written paper (the lecturer determines the criteria)
4. a short written examination (30 minutes’ duration)

3. All parts are graded according to clear criteria.
Oral grades and seminar papers will be documented in minutes .

4. The grade is made up of these individual grades. The candidate must have at least adequate in each individual part.

Oral Examination
The oral examinations take place at a different time to the usual courses and are carried out by the individual lecturers

Practical classes and reports
Depends on each subject and lecture.
