Language levels according to the CEFR

What is the CEFR?


Our language courses are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This internationally recognized system defines different levels across a range of languages, allowing an international comparison of proficiency levels.

The CEFR organises language proficiency in six levels, A1 to C2. You'll find an overview over these levels here:
