Objectives

 

The course is suitable for students who wish to develop their advanced language skills in the language. It is at Level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) .

Content

 

This course is intended for students who have already reached a high level of English. Based on the four communication skills reading writing listening and speaking.

The course also serves as a preparation course for those wishing to do the Cambridge Advanced Certificate often an admission requirement for many Master Courses taught at German universities. It is also accepted worldwide by employers and government departments as an indication that you have achieved a high level of skill in the English language. It helps learners develop the skills to make the most of studying, working and living in English-speaking countries. It can be taken in both paper-based and compute based formats.

The students’ skills will be developed in partner, group and class discussion. Listening skills will be perfected through watching news reports. Essential writing skills (reports/emails/) will be also trained.
