Content

 

This course is for international students with previous knowledge at B1.2 level.

In the B2.1 course, the skills of listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing and speaking are practised with the following topics:

  • Learning and language learning
  • Living and living in the city, urban design
  • Lying and cheating
  • Digital worlds

Students acquire global and selective reading and listening comprehension using authentic texts.

Basic vocabulary and grammar skills are improved:

  • Word order in main and subordinate clauses
  • Causal, adversative, final and concessive clauses
  • Passive voice in present and past tense
  • Passive voice with modal verbs in main and subordinate clauses
  • Relative clauses
  • Relative clauses in the genitive case

The acquired knowledge is practised in various working and social forms (partner work, small group work, plenary).
