Your success in the world of work will depend to a large extent on your ability to communicate effectively in English. This course will provide you with a lot of speaking practice as you will take part in lively group activities and pair work aimed at improving your language skills and confidence. Furthermore, completion of the recommended homework and self-study tasks make the course even more effective.

In today's dynamic global business environment, effective communication and adaptable skills are paramount. This specialised Business English course aims to help learners to integrate their language skills seamlessly into vital workplace proficiencies and has a focus on enhancing intercultural communication, teamwork skills with a keen emphasis on navigating the evolving landscape of the future of work, sustainable practices, and job quality.

Course Focus and Learning Objectives:

Course Structure:

This predominantly in-person course offers an immersive learning experience. The focus is primarily on speaking skills, honed through classroom interactions, teamwork and presentations. The assessment and grading method include continuous evaluation of classroom assignments and homework assignments. Additionally, your presentation skills will be assessed, culminating in a final oral exam. This holistic approach ensures that your progress is comprehensively evaluated, aligning with the course's learning objectives
