There are various options for how you can finance your stay at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. Below, you will find an overview of scholarships and financing options.

Teaching assignments with Erasmus+

Teaching mobility (STA1) ...

Erasmus+ sponsors guest lectureships at European partner universities that have a valid Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). One of the aims of teaching mobility is to convey teaching contents to students of partner universities who cannot or do not wish to go abroad, and thus to supplement the teaching offered at the partner university.

The duration is between 2 days and 2 months, with a minimum of 8 hours per stay/week or part thereof.

... and foreign lecturers from enterprises (STA2)

Teaching assignments by foreign corporate personnel at German higher education institutes can be sponsored in the context of STA2 to strengthen cooperation between higher education institutes and businesses.

DAAD scholarships

Research in Bavaria

The "Research in Bavaria" program of the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art is aimed at foreign staff wanting to do research at a University (of Applied Sciences) in Bavaria.
