The language courses run by the ZSI have one main goal: they should enable you to communicate effectively and expressively in a foreign language.
Most of our lecturers are native speakers who use contemporary, hands-on methods to teach you the languages you will need in your future profession.
The courses are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This internationally recognized system defines different levels across a range of languages, allowing an international comparison of proficiency levels.
You will find detailed information about the courses on offer by clicking on the language you are interested in. If you come across a course that is not open to you but you would still like to take part in, please contact Antje Krumme.
