In this course we work with texts from technical subjects and develop strategies for their understanding. The use of grammatical structures and stylistic features typical for technical descriptions from various fields is trained. The aim is to deal with the subject-specific scientific language and to consolidate this both orally and in writing. In this context, the students' study background is addressed and material directly related to the respective field is used.
