The Datenbank-Infosystem (DBIS) lists more than 13.000 scientific databases. It is a cooperation of about 300 libraries.
Access options
- Research in DBIS itself is open access.
- If you get redirected to a database obliged to license, make sure you are authenticated as member of the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg to get access. (Within campus or remote access via EZProxy, VPN, Shibboleth or personal account - depending on the database.)

You can browse the directory by subject and filter by
- Access option: free / license / personal account
- Type of database (e.g. Addresses, Repository, Image database and so on)
