Content
As designers we are problem solvers.
To solve problems we therefore need to understand the problem as a whole, sometimes with the need of diving very deep. A great way to do so is by using Service Design Thinking.
“Service Design is a holistic way for a business
to gain a comprehensive, empathic
understanding of customer needs.”
(Frontier Service Design, 2010)
By simulating a real business case,
you will get to know the non-linear Service Design process.
The appliance of modern creative tools and
methods are key issues within this workshop.
You will understand why best build solutions
not only based on plain ideas but based on
people’s real needs.
You will learn how to create product-service hybrids
that can transform user behaviours, user expectations and value creation.
Because:
Doing the right things
is more valuable than
doing the things right
