Content

Two days of interactive workshops on teambuilding
and cross-cultural understanding.

The days will consist of playful activities mixed with discussions
and some theory about teambuilding and efficient teamwork.

Topics that will be covered are mainly

- Self-awareness as a basis for working in a team
- Team dynamics, what tends to happen over time in a team?
- Teamroles, to identify and appreciate  your own
    and other team-members roles
- How to create psychological safety ina team.
- How to communicate well
- How to identify and cope with cultural differences

Preparation
Bring pen, pencils and some paper A4 / A3
for sketching
