Project description

A lot of information is usually only available in unstructured texts. They are (usually) easy for a human to understand, but not for a computer. This project attempts to extract structured information from the rental conditions for hire vehicles provided by Check24. This enables customers to compare different offers with greater transparency. This is because hidden costs from the rental conditions need to be found and itemised. Various techniques from the fields of machine learning and computational linguistics are used for the implementation. The project will be completed in the 2018/19 winter semester.
