German courses to be opened for Ukrainian citizens

Announcement from the Center for Languages and Intercultural Communication

Mar 4, 2022

After consultation and in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) hereby informs that due to the current situation, all courses conducted by universities within the framework of the Integra funding program can be opened to all Ukrainian nationals. This applies regardless of whether they can already prove official (formal) refugee status at the current time.

For Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, this means in concrete terms that interested persons who have a general university entrance qualification and also have German language skills at at least B1 level can take part in the DSD courses at B2 or C1 level run by the Center for Languages and Intercultural Communication.

If you are interested or have further questions, please contact Ms. Oksana Gold (DaF Coordinator):
