Project description

The mobile app for the Pyramid Company Contact Fair provides students and companies with a user-friendly platform for exchanging internships, projects, and jobs - anytime, anywhere.

The project aims to develop a mobile app for the Pyramid Company Contact Fair, serving as a communication platform for students and companies.

The app was designed to expand upon existing information sources such as the website and the fair catalog. It not only displays the upcoming fair date but also serves as a reference tool 365 days a year. The app provides significant added value by being user-friendly and tailored to the needs of the users. All relevant information is conveniently available on smartphones, enabling an intuitive and user-oriented experience.

For the implementation of the project, Flutter was used for the frontend and Docker for the backend. The backend consists of a MongoDB database and a REST API created with Express. Although Flutter and Dart posed a new challenge for the team, they quickly adapted to the technology and worked proficiently with it. The app was successfully developed, providing fair attendees with an innovative and practical solution.

You can find more information on the Showcase website.
