Hochschulbetreuungsstelle
After entering Germany, you are by law required to register with the registration authorites. This has to be done within two weeks. In Germany, each citizen is obliged to register, including Germans.
You can carry out your registration at the Hochschulbetreuungsstelle (immigration office with service center for legal matters). This office belongs to both the city of Augsburg as well as the International Office of the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences.
Ms. Ramona Krünes is an employee from the International Office and also your contact partner at the Hochschulbetreuungsstelle. She is able to help you with any questions pertaining to your registration with the city (as well as any concerning your visa and residence permit).
